Not able to convert access_token from JWT.

I'm using Bitbucket Connect App and I'm getting JWT token from webhooks but I'm not able to get access_token from the below API call. returns nothing using this API call.

curl -X POST -H "Authorization: JWT {jwt_token}" \ https://bitbucket.org/site/oauth2/access_token \ -d grant_type=urn:bitbucket:oauth2:jwt

I'm using the JWT token which I got from the installation webhook.
