Post SourceTree - 3.4.21 [WIN] Update - Doesn't restoring the configs

Since we did recent update of SourceTree Version V3.4.21, we (developers) have noticed an issue. It appears that installing the update resets existing user configurations and settings. This includes the settings of external tools like Beyond Compare or other diff or git specific configurations, and bookmarks (approximately 50 in my case).

This faulty update is causing increased costs and a negative atmosphere within the team as developers are spending time reconfiguring their environments.

I suspect the cause is that the existing configuration files are not being correctly migrated or preserved during the update.

The user configurations seem to reside under %APPDATA%\Atlassian\SourceTree below files

• opentabs.xml
• user.config
• bookmarks.xml
  

Can you confirm that installation particular version V3.4.21 deleting the files above mentioned ?
