PuTTY generator doesn't create pub file.

Hello.

When I create private/public pageant keys with PuTTY generator no pub file is created.

After adding the private key to Pageant I get an error from SourceTree when I try to switch branches or fetch the workspace. 

Additional question is how to add the public key to the server.
