I have a bash script that runs as a pre-commit hook, and it invokes a command that is in my windows path (it's a code formatter pretty-print thing). This was working fine until I upgraded to 1.9.9.2 yesterday.
Now, the script fails because it can't find the pretty-print program in the path.
The path it appears to be using is much shorter than my windows path, with many entries missing.
Anybody got any ideas as to what's going on and how I can fix it?
