Hi,
I'm the author of Gitblit, an open source, pure Java Git server. I plan to offer SourceTree clone links in the next release - among other rich Git clients. I would like to decorate the SourceTree client dropdown menu with the SourceTree icon and whatever other branding is required to satisfy reasonable fair-use of your logo. I have not been able to find terms of use for your branding so I am reaching out for a discussion.
You can see a live snapshot of the development release here:

Thanks for your consideration,
-James
Hi James,
The Icons and Logos for use for third parties available on our [Website are free to use in your software|http://www.atlassian.com/company/press/resources/?tab=logos]. In your use case, you can freely include the source tree icon as a reference to our Products. We simply ask you don't use our logos to impersonate our software. But otherwise we encourage you to use our logos when referencing our products!
Cheers,
Ivan.
This sounds pretty awesome and I doubt we'd have any issues with you using the logo like this, but I'll double check with our management and let you know. Thanks!
