How to enable launch external merge tool

I am trying to use the Launch External Merge Tool through Source Tree but its disabled.

Can you please let me know how to enable that option.

Hii, if your external merge tool is not working or error in enabling try "External Diff". I choose DiffMerge as the external tool to view and merge during the merge of separate branches. Thank you.
