I can't connect my new sourcetree account to my new github account, any ideas?

I am just starting an internship and I have to create a github account and a sourcetree account. I did so but now when trying to combine my github account onto the sourcetree application, it says "authorize atlassian" but is grayed out and I can't seem to get it figured out. Any ideas?

Is this on the windows client or macOS? What version of Sourcetree are you using?
