I think the problem is with sourcetree's CDN (edgecastcdn.net).
I tried to download
http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/SourceTree_2.0.5.2.dmg
when the domain downloads.atlassian.com is resolved to
downloads.wpc.29c4.edgecastcdn.net (78.46.5.98) it gives 404.
but when it resolved to
s1.gs1.wpc.edgecastcdn.net (68.232.45.96)
it returns 200.

Well, maybe the download of executables is blocked by your firewall. I would expect certain corporate networks to be very strict about those types of things, such as companies operated by Boeing).
