If I uninstall Sourcetree will I lose my local repos (and unpushed commits)?

I need to uninstall and re-install Sourcetree as the updater is not working and I cannot access the Authentication tab in the options. 

My question is: If I uninstall and reinstall will my local repo information still be intact or do I have to clone them all again? I have a commit that needs to be pushed (but I can't due to needing to change my Github authentication settings).

I downloaded Sourcetree installer and that updated Sourcetree without losing anything.
