Is it necessary to install Git in the command line before using sourcetree? I'm rather new to Git and on my old computer, I had done a few basic tuts but before I could start using Git, it was necessary to install xcode on my mac, then install some other things before I could use Git. If you install sourcetree from the apple app store, is it still necessary to install Git using the command line, or does it work out of the box?
It works out of the box :)
