Interactive rebase window missing button bar in version 3.4.23 (Windows)

In SourceTree 3.4.23, the interactive rebase window has lost the buttons bar. While some actions are still available as context menu, the missing "OK" and "Cancel" buttons make it almost impossible to use interactive rebase anymore. Downgrading to 3.4.22 solved the problem.

Have you tried upgrading the Source Tree version to the latest release to see if the problem persists in the latest release?

Have you tried reading the question? 3.4.23 is the latest (Windows) version. This is the one with the problem.
