KeyChain Persmission dialog keeps popping up on OSX

Ever since SourceTree 2.2.3 I've been having trouble with the OS X Keychain not allowing me to hit ALLOW on dialog to allow SourceTree to have permanent access to the stored credentials for our Stash server. Clicking allow, or allow always has no effects.. clicking the button wont even dismiss the dialog. I have to click deny, which makes the dialog pop every time I open source
