Hi Ashwin! In SourceTree you can go to "File status", click on the commit message at the bottom and then on "Ammend last commit" (see screenshot). Note that the location of this menu varies slightly depending on whether you use Mac or Windows.
Alternatively, you can also do it via the command line. You can read Git's official documentation for more information Git commit.
