I wanted to know if there is any detailed documentation of how to integrate bitbucket (server version)  and source tree with RAD (Rational Application Development) IDE  9.6 version.

There is nothing specific to configure with Sourcetree, it's self-contained beyond communicating with Bitbucket Server for a few specific tasks (listing remote repositories, creating pull requests, authentication)
