Hi,
I'm using SourceTree to access my bitbucket repository. It works well while using local network. When accessing JNJ managed network via Junos Pulse, it seems that Junos Pluse blocks SourceTree and Sourcetree responses hardly. Occasionally, Sourcetree responses fluently. I want to know how to configure Sourcetree to make it work well.
Besides, I could access my bitbucket repository via browser. So I think the VPN connection is not slow.
Thanks.
Hi Young, Sourcetree uses HTTP/S to talk to REST resources on Host servers and SSH/HTTP/S to talk via Git/Hg, so if they are all open it should be ok, can you confirm they're open?
Let us know!
Ana
Hi Ana,
Thanks for your answer.
I mean if I don't use VPN, it works well. If I use VPN, it works hardly. If those settings you mentioned aren't open, it could work well without VPN? I'm not sure whether they're open or not. Should I open them manully? How to operate to open them after installing SourceTree?
Thanks,
Young
