SourceTree not launching from BitBucket

I created a branch from jira, and it showed me option to 'check out your branch', but when I click the option 'check out in SourceTree', it doesnt open up the branch in the SourceTree (I have source treee v2.1.11.0 installed).

How to resolve this?

It's a bug, supposed to be fixed but a lot a people still see it in the latest version of SourceTree, me included. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-7209
