Sourcetree compatible windows server

We are using windows 8 citrix server and are using sourcetree client to connect to bitbucket . But we are unable to do so. We can see the sourcetree screen asking for login credentials. But after entering the credentials we are not able to login . I want to know is it beacuse of incompatible server with the sourcetree application.

Hi Sneha, we've seen this error before and users could fix it doing the following:

1. Perform a clean uninstall following the steps:

   1. Wipe Sourcetree preferences.
   2. Uninstall Sourcetree (if it shows on the App&Features list)
   3. Backup then delete the directory below before proceeding with next step:
   • Navigate to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local and delete Sourcetree & Sourcetree-Settings folder
   • Navigate to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Atlassian and delete all Sourcetree Files/ folder.
2. In your computer, go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options. Go to the Privacy tab and set the Internet zone setting slider all the way down to "Accept All Cookies".
3. Install the app, register/login and then when done turn the setting back to whatever it was before.
