What does 'git status' failed with code 128: git-lfs filter-process: git-lfs command not found mean?

I am getting this message when I try and switch back from a Branch back to by Master branch... not sure what it means and or what to do about it....

Hi Michael, Is this in windows or MacOS? What version of Sourcetree are you using?

I was using Sourcetree Under WIndows X64. It seems at some point the LFS just vanished off my system? I did read about some changes made to the LFS system which may have caused it. I re-installed LFS and that seems to have remedied the situation.
