Why is SourceTree showing closed brances in the left pane?

In the left pane of my SourceTree after upgrading to SourceTree 2.1.0-beta-002 suddenly all closed branches showed up on the list of branches.

Using HG Mercurial.

Hi Kasper! That's a bug and was reported at SRCTREEWIN-7189. You can watch it to receive updates or add a comment if you have something you'd like to share.

I have uninstalled the beta version and installed the newest stable release 2.0.20.1 and it works fine.

I just updated to v2.1.2.5 and the issue is still there.
