Rebasing with sourcetree

Are there any tutorials or examples out there of doing a rebase and / or interactive rebase with sourcetree?  I see the 'rebase' menu option but am not sure if that's just for interactive rebasing or whether I should check out my source branch first, how to aim the rebase at a target branch, etc.  So, various questions.
