Hi.

I am looking for the registration option in the sourcetree menu and do not see it. Should I be looking elsewhere?

I downloaded the sourcetree.license file, just need a place within sourcetree to activate it.

I believe that is a legacy requirement.  You do not need a license file to activate SourceTree.
