SourceTree for Windows 3.1.2 freezes when DIFF'ing XAML files

Unable to use SourceTree 3.1.2 for Windows as it's freezing at the point it's trying to show a diff on a XAML file from the last commit (pull from the remote). I can see the spinner (wait progress) on the DIFF section, lower right, then the app is frozen. Other repos appear fine assuming I can uninstall everything to get out of this selected tab.
