SourceTree support for different git-dir and work-tree directories?

Hi,

I've got a 'detached' repo steup where the git-dir is outside of the work-tree. This is because the work-tree is a mounted drive which will only store certain types of files, so I can't put git files there. Is there any way of getting SourceTree to wok with this kind of setup? Thanks!

There's no way to customize (for example) "git add" command.
