Hi all, a user of our company is having trouble to work with Sourcetree.
When she uses Sourcetree for the first time, it opens succesfully and she can work normal. But when she closes it and later on she has to open it again it won't open unless she restart her computer. Her version of sourcetree is 3.4.19.
Have you all have any suggestions to resolve this weird behavior? We have deleted some old cache and such, but the problem persist.

@Héctor Mar I am assuming that she is on a windows PC. I would suggest uninstalling and removing all associated files and reinstalling. If that does not fix the issue I would take a look at the application logs on Windows and see what is happening when she launches the application. Might be another application conflicting or it is never shutting down.
