Unable to log in to my Atlassian account during installation

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hello, I'm not able to log in to my Atlassian account during the Sourcetree installation steps.

I typed the e-mail address and the password, but the Log In button continue to wait and the installation process don't go forwards.

 

The sourcetree.log contains the following:

 

ERROR [2018-02-20 14:28:47,910] [1] [SourceTree.App] [.ctor] - finish EnsureSquirrelExecutionStubIsCopied
ERROR [2018-02-22 13:43:19,882] [1] [SourceTree.App] [.ctor] - finish EnsureSquirrelExecutionStubIsCopied
ERROR [2018-02-22 14:06:52,879] [1] [SourceTree.App] [.ctor] - finish EnsureSquirrelExecutionStubIsCopied

We've had a few reports of this and it usually relates to a network management issue preventing the id.atlassian.com endpoints from loading. Could there be anything like that in play?
