I don't have an answer, but it would help if you could describe in more detail what part of the process isn't working (BC doesn't launch, BC doesn't have the right stuff in it, the completed merge doesn't show up in SourceTree, etc).

I choose beyond compare to use on diff tab,
but when I try to merge nothing happened.

It doesn't open the software.
