Hi I use the checkout button 3 or 4 times a day, it has been removed from the main nav in the latest release, please can you reinstate it!?

This is really frustrating. Almost a year later and still no checkout button. There's plenty of room for it. At least let us customize the toolbar or something.

Seriously! If you're using the feature branch approach like we are, I'm checking out different branches multiple times a day. Please add it back!
