It might be obvious, but just to be sure. Have you checked your spam folder?

If yes, do you have any idea what mail system is being used @esurance.com? Could there be some spam filter (fe.: IronPort) in front of it, filtering emails?

hi, i checked the spam ,,,there is nothing in spam..

my other team mates got this email and they are able to install source tree
