struggling with source tree changes

I'm getting lock f error messages and no changes when doing a commit. Any ideas?

Please ignore. Now fixed. I have realised I was using the wrong folder for the repository should have used 'Assets folder' not the entire 'Project folder'. Now works fine and changes and commits work with no errors.
