i have already install source tree in  my system but i am trying to open a source with use an existing account  , it is open but never responding my case.

Hi Shubham, in which step are you stuck exactly? Where you able to enter your Atlassian ID credentials? Or are you stuck at trying to connect some other service (like Bitbucket Server or Github) to Sourcetree?
