SourceTree App (3.3.9) vanished

Hi, 

I tried to installed SourceTree 3.3.9 on Windows10 and upon launching it from my desktop, the home screen showed up then vanished within 5 seconds. I tried uninstall and reinstall but still can't fix the problem. Can someone please help ??? Thanks.
