SourceTree installer

I have a question about SourceTree. I have tried various things but have not been able to find a solution. I would appreciate your advice. When I start the SourceTree installer, the registration screen does not appear, and the SourceTree logo is only displayed for about 10 seconds. The SourceTree folder is generated in C:\Users(username)\AppData\Local and the installation is completed, but nothing happens when I double-click SourceTree.exe. The Atlassian folder is not generated in C:\Users(username)\AppData\Local. The same thing happened even if I right-clicked and ran as administrator or disabled security software such as firewall. SourceTree is displayed in the uninstall program, and the same thing happens even if I uninstall it once and reinstall it. The OS is Windows 10 Pro.
