Sourcetree with Git version 2.26.2 doesn't work correctly

I updated my system git version to the latest (2.26.2) and selected "Use system git version" in the Sourcetree settings.

If I click now on the "PULL" Button on the top left:
The branch list in the dropdown from Remote branch to pull is empty.

Only after clicking the refreshing button all the branches appear where I have to select to current branch to pull from, which is really annoying.

If I use the embedded git version of Sourcetree again, the correct branch is selected automatically after clicking the Pull button.
