The changes made in one file cannot be shown in sourcetree?

Hi there,
I just uploaded a project into repository, but i found one file is not working correctly.
There should be showing some code changes like attached_1, but one file is behaving
incorrectly as attached_2, which does not show any changes.
Could you please give me some suggestions?
