Unable to add Remote Account in SourceTree

HI Everyone,

             I have AZ infrastructure where AZ DevOps is version control and SourceTree is used a code configuration management tool. Due to governance and enhanced cyber risks, there are restrictions on AZ VM for firewall & is configured on request basis.

I've SourceTree downloaded, installed & configured in AZ VM and it does allows cloning of remote repository however its giving issue while adding remote account to AZ DevOps where all remote repositories are hosted.

 

Need any urgent help to find out the root cause and permanant resolution.
