Unable to install sourcetree v3.4.21 after uninstall previous version

Previously was unable to open sourcetree. It only show splash screeen, then nothing happen. Already tried deleting C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Url_RandomGuid folder as suggested by other users. But still cannot open the software. Then I uninstall the software, restart windows, downloaded the installer (v3.4.21), and install it again. But the installer only show splash screen, and then it's gone. How to totally uninstall sourcetree and fresh install everything?

OS: Windows 10

sourcetree version: v3.4.21
