Unable to see changed files in source tree application

Hi,

One of our user is trying to do the changes to the files in the local repository but unable to see those changed files to stage and push in the source tree. As a workaround we used the command 'git add -A' in the git bash/git command line but we want why it is failing to show the updated files in Source tree to push.
