User unable to use Sourcetree generate ssh key, what should they do to correct.

When while following the current posted directions, when user generates a SSH key from sourcetree and attempts to add the Key to sourcetree per directions they get an error "That SSH key is invalid"

The user tried different methods and trails with the same out come each time.
