Where can I find Sourcetree 3.4.5 for Windows?

I would like to have an actual install file, instead of having SourceTree update by itself.

I am very surprised to only find 3.4.4, which I have already downloaded and installed a MONTH ago.

Even https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/ results in 3.4.4!

It seems a ghost version, though there are release notes and the application itself refers to it.
