worse thing is i feed it the password and doesnt give a damm it just wants me to spend the rest of my life inputting a password there twice . forever.
it did the same with oauth .

This may not be the cause but, assuming you are on Windows, can you make sure you are running Git for Windows 2.20.1, this contains the latest Git Credential Manager for Windows, GCM, which contains fixes for some authentication issues in earlier releases.
I'd then suggest opening Windows Credential Manager and deleting all the 'git:' prefixed entries. This will remove any old/bad entries.
Then try a bit pull/push/fetch you should be prompted by a GUI dialog to enter your credentials. Assuming that works they should then be stored and available for re-use by all Git actions.
