can't log in to sourcetree

The user can login to Bitbucket website, but cann't login to sourcetree

we are getting an error message that the username or password is wrong.

well, I've fixed it by adding the atlassian domain to the trusted sites in internet explorer.

then lowering the security settings for trusted sites to low.

only then it worked.

why relying on Internet explorer ?!?!

What version of SourceTree are you using? What does the error message say? If you are using 2.1.10.0 you may want to checkout this thread about authentication issues. Hopefully that will help.
