We are planning to upgrade Sourcetree version to the latest available. While testing the installation, we noticed that a window popups and request for atlassian account details.
We are using Sourcetree multiuser license for Sourcetree and this pop is a roadblock in our testing because in our environment, we push the applications in multiple machines through SCCM to upgrade/install application. This popup requires atlassian account information, if information will not be passed, installation will fail.
Is there any way in the tool where we can hardcode the licensed account details? This will help our community to use the latest version without any interruption.
Thanks
Sourabh
Since you are mentioning "multi license" I assume you are using version < 1.8.x and want to upgrade from that. SourceTree changed their license model as of 1.8.x and are now using Atlassian account instead of a license file, so there is no way of getting rid of that popup window. Here is a blog post from back in the days when they made the switch, https://blog.sourcetreeapp.com/2016/02/22/sourcetree-update-atlassian-account-git-lfs-support-ui-refresh-and-more/.
