Customize Maintenance Notification Times

Hi,

We would like to send a maintenance notification 5 minutes before the maintenance starts, is this possible or are we only able to do so 1 hour before?

At this time there is not a way to change that.  The application automatically sends the notification 60min before the maintenance is scheduled to occur.  You would have to submit an Atlassian support issue here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ to recommend the feature enhancement.

Having this capability would be very helpful for our customers to make sure they are reminded and can prepare.
