Hello -

Why is there no option to export a list of items to CSV?

It used to work - now it's not available.

We are trying to do a simple analysis with other tools, and want to export all Incidents to a csv.

How can this be accomplished?

Thank you

Hello Thomas,

Thank you for contacting the Opsgenie community. We understand you wish to export list of alerts/incidents to CSV for audit purpose.

With alerts, you can export data directly from the Alert Dashboard using the Export CSV option. Alternatively, you can navigate to Analytics → Alert Reports → Alert Analytics, where you can view the alerts in a table format and download them as a .csv file.

For incidents, these options are not currently available. The only way to export incidents from Opsgenie at this time is through the Incident API. We understand the importance of having similar export functionality for incidents as we do for alerts, and there are feature requests in place for this capability. In the meantime, the Incident API remains the sole option for exporting incidents.

I hope the above helps.

Regards,
Nayan
