Twilio serves globally, however, our company is interested in Twilio status updates on for the US and Canada, yet. The updates for the other companies are noise for us and it makes hard to configure alerts based on the statuspage updates in Datadog's events stream. What is the best way to overcome this issue?

Would tuning your subscription to only have the necessary components suite your needs? This would allow for you to subscribe only to the longcode, and shortcode, components so that you would only be notified of incidents affecting those components.
