How do I spread out my available subscribers across all of my statuspages?

Kelly Bates March 17, 2025

We have the business plan with 5000 subscribers. In StatusPage, we have 12 StatusPages for 12 products. One product shows 0 of 5000 subscribers. The rest of the products show 0 of 25 subscribers. We need to share the subscribers across all products pages. How do we do that?

Hi Kelly,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. A business plan is for one page with 5000 subscribers. If you have 12 different pages, you would need 12 different plans since each page is billed separately.

In your case, it may make more sense to have smaller plans for each page. Instead of getting 12 business plans, you could tailor each of these depending on the number of subscribers you expect to have for that product.

Alternatively, it may make more sense to have one audience specific page that your users log into so that they only can see the products they care about. This requires more setup and may not be right for you if your goal is to just have a place for users to see the status of your products.

For the best of this, consider enabling component subscriptions and then putting all 12 products in your one page. Then all 12 will be in one space and users can choose which products to subscribe to. If you have additional questions, please feel free to open a support ticket with us and we'd be happy to help!

Regards,
Jesse
