How do I tell if the import subscribers from csv is complete?

I have started the import subscribers from csv process. How do I tell the progress of the import? My csv has 3400 rows of different phone numbers and in StatusPage, it only shows 400 waiting for confirmation.

To check if your subscriber import from a CSV file is complete in Status page here are a few steps you can try : 

1 Check hte import progress 

2. Refresh or revisit 

3.  Check CSV format

4.Look for errors

5. Reach out to support

forgive me for my ignorance, how to I check the hte import progress? I have refreshed and revisited, but the numbers are not changing for unconfirmed or active.
