How to add personal details field in profiles

Hello,

I'm having a difficulties on how to edit/add fields to profile pages 

I want to add fields like "phone number" & "Line user account name" as it was required to be used in my company

currently I have privilege as a site admin

please help

Could you let us know which Atlassian product you are using? You've posted this in the Statuspage community area so want to make sure you're getting the right help (the above doesn't look like anything to do with Statuspage).
