How to create an Incident that started 3 days ago and still not resolved today

Hello Emmanuel,

You can create the incident with its normal settings and edit the start date after its creation to reflect that it started 3 days ago.

After creating the incident, you can click on the pencil icon of the first update and then change the date and time it started.
