How to rectify wrong DNS records?

It shows that we require correct DNS records to send email alerts from an organization email or else the emails come from noreply@statuspage.io. It doesn't look like the correct record has been set yet even though I added TXT record as a host record with CNAME as a type.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
